It’s a dark and moody Saturday afternoon and we are cosied up in our living room, warm and content, as the winds of Storm Ciara howl around the house and rain batters the windows. It’s February and right now, there’s nothing else for it but to batten down the hatches and wait for the storm to pass.
Just a few days ago, it was all so different – chilly but calm and sunny. That’s Irish weather for you, I guess. I’d been watching the forecast, I knew it was going to be a pleasant afternoon, and off I set, camera in tow. On these outings I never know what I’m going to find , but I guess I found what I needed to find ….light, colour, growth, a gentle stirring in nature, a sense that spring is just round the corner 🙂
Have a lovely Sunday x
