Christmas Photo Shoot – Portland Avenue Lifestyle
The client required some photography and video to promote her Christmas serveware on social media. As this was all shot indoors, ample use was made of the tripod to capture the beautiful setting in the low winter light.
Garden Studio shoot with Mrs Bloom Gardening – Sept 2025
This was part of a complimentary mini photo shoot offer I ran on Instagram. Ann, the owner of Mrs Bloom Gardening, needed some photos of her new garden studio to share on her social media channels. My aim here in particular was to capture the colours and textures of her locally grown flowers as they dried, ready to be made into wreaths.
Product Photography for Erincraft Jewellery – Sept 2025
The lovely Erin of Erincraft Jewellery approached me via Instagram for some product photography for her beautiful handmade jewellery. Erin was looking for some images for a new collection of pearl and silver jewellery, and had a pastel dreamy look in mind. I styled the images using flowers from the garden, silk and muslin ribbon and old books and letters to create a soft, vintage look. Erin posted the jewellery to me and I photographed the pieces in my home studio.
Garden Studio Shoot for Portland Avenue Lifestyle–August 2025
In this photo shoot, the brief was to capture the client’s newly finished garden studio as well as their greenhouse and garden. The client required images for her website and social media channels to promote the opening of her studio and give potential visitors an idea of the space.
Mini Photo Shoot with Making a Garden – July 2025
This was a complementary mini photo shoot as part of a promotion I ran on Instagram. The client, Making a Garden, runs garden workshops from her garden in south Belfast. My aim here was to capture the character, thoughtful details and subtle touch of whimsy that make up this charming garden.
Photo shoot with Wick and Fern – May 2025
In May I did a lifestyle photo shoot for a small, local candle company, Wick and Fern. The owner had created a new range of botanical candles that she makes in small batches at home. She wanted new images for her website and social media channels. We styled the shoot in natural light, both inside and outdoors, using props to add a lovely botanical vibe to reflect each candle’s distinct scent. The venue for this photo shoot was the wonderful Little Woodbank in the village of Gilford, N Ireland.

As a keen gardener, I love to photograph not just my own garden, but the beautiful gardens I visit across N Ireland. This is just a small selection of photographs I’ve taken over the past few years.
